United States
While the US doesn't have national transparency requirements there are a number of local political campaign transparency requirements and the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) has encouraged their members to support the Political Ad Icon and political transparency.
Canada
Canada passed the Canada Elections Act in 2000 and amended it in 2018 to include, among other things, a number of disclosures around political advertising. Our solution simplifies that process considerably and was built with the guidance of the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC).
